Terms and Conditions for Hypnotherapy Workshop

1. General

This document outlines the terms and conditions for attending the in-person hypnotherapy workshop hosted in London (the "Workshop"). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility and Health Disclaimer

The Workshop is for educational and self-development purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Attendees should be in good mental and physical health. If you are currently under the care of a medical professional for a mental or physical health condition, or if you have any concerns about your suitability for hypnotherapy, you should consult with your doctor before attending. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any participant if we believe their attendance could pose a risk to themselves or others.

3. Payment and Booking

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include any applicable taxes. Your place is not confirmed until we have received full payment.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for non-attendance or for any other reason, including but not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, travel issues, or illness.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. You may apply for a refund in writing to [email protected] no later than 7 days before the scheduled start of the Workshop. All refund applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision to grant or deny a refund is at our sole discretion. If a refund is granted, an administrative fee of £25 will be deducted.

5. Workshop Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to change the Workshop date, time, location, or content at any time. We will provide attendees with as much notice as possible regarding any changes. If we must cancel the Workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future workshop date. Our liability is limited to the cost of your ticket only. We are not responsible for any other costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the Workshop. Disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Workshop without a refund if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during the Workshop will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. However, please be aware that the Workshop is a group environment, and we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any information shared by other participants.

8. Liability

By attending the Workshop, you agree that you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation in the Workshop.

9. Data Protection

We will collect and process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will be used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and communicating with you about the Workshop. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By purchasing a ticket for the Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
